1921 Cleveland sedan- new find

This week, a gentleman reached out to me about a 1921 Cleveland Sedan that he found not far from his home. I'll leave some of the details a bit vague for the moment as I don't want to spoil his chances of getting the car if that is the direction he winds up going. But the find is pretty neat. As a whole, it's a standard 1921 Cleveland Sedan (body by Fisher). Not a very unique or special car in its day. Today, it is nearly all original and has been in the same family since new! The overall condition seems quite good. From the few photos he shared, the car is quite complete. The only obvious item that seems to be replaced is the honeycomb radiator core. I have advised him of a lot of the major items that would be needed to get this car back on the road. I expect it will far exceed the value of the car. At the same time, I hope this does not deter him. He seems to appreciate that cars are only original once, so he might be a good caretaker of the car. I did my best to be honest with him and not try to sway him to jump on this and save the car. It's hard for me to be impartial here though, as my wife and I did the same thing in 1999 by saving a 1929 Chandler Sedan! And at the time, our son was less than a year old.
